For over Two Decades we have been manufacturing and supplying Australia’s highest quality pool covers. It’s a bold claim, but something we are extremely confident in standing behind. Our pool covers are custom designed and made to order, to ensure a perfect fit, resulting in maximum evaporation reduction, retention of heat, capture of leaves and debris. All of our Pool Covers are made from Australian Made Climate Care Certified and Smart WaterMark Approved Pool Cover material. Being a small family business we manufacture the covers ourselves to ensure the consistency of the quality of our Covers never waivers.  

We are the only Pool Cover manufacturer who welds our pool blankets across the pool. It takes us a little longer to do this (hence why the mass producers of Pool Covers weld vertically), however, the end result is far superior for the End User (Your Customer) and for our Wholesaler (you). Below are a couple of the reasons why we choose the Customer Focused way of manufacturing our Pool Covers

* Firstly and most importantly, the Pool Cover is easier to use. It winds up and onto the pool cover roller significantly better with the weld lines running parallel to the roller tube. There is simply no denying this fact. The horizontal weld lines can be used as sight guide if the cover is rolling up correctly and the horizontal welds also wrap around the parallel tube better. All in all, it is just a better winding experience

* Secondly, Horizontal welds allow us to custom build pool blankets for Free Form pools. Resulting in less material required, meaning cheaper quotes, increased success rates in accepted quotes. Less Wastage, better for the environment.
